Where is the clinic?
Our mass Pfizer vaccination clinic is held at the sports pavilion at Sewell Reserve, 33 Glenroy Rd, Glenroy. This is halfway between our medical clinic and the golf course, and opposite Justin Ave.
What should I bring?

Medicare card / ID

If you are not eligible for Medicare, please bring your Individual Health Identifier (IHI) number. Learn how to get an IHI here.

Information about any medical conditions, medications you take or allergies.

Information about any previous COVID-19 vaccines that you have had.
Do not attend your appointment if you -

Are unwell with fever, cough, runny nose or other symptoms that could be from COVID-19.

Are awaiting COVID-19 test results.

Have tested positive with COVID-19 and you are in isolation.

Are in quarantine.

Are a close contact of someone with COVID-19.
