Appointments

 

All patients are seen by appointment. We request that each patient to be seen have their own appointment time.

If you have an urgent medical problem, contact the clinic before 10am to assist us in arranging a same day appointment when available.

 

Please report to the receptionist when you arrive and present your Medicare card and any concession cards. Patients are seen in order of their appointment; please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before you appointment time. Medical emergencies are given priority, and will be attended to by the first available doctor.

 

If you have a complex problem or several issues to discuss with your doctor, please consider asking for a longer appointment. Mental Health and Chronic Disease Care Plans require a double appointment.

 

Please tell the receptionist at the time of booking your appointment if you have a special purpose eg. insurance medical, minor procedures, Centrelink medical reports.

 

Doctors at this clinic have access to telephone interpreter services. Please let the receptionist know at the time of booking your appointment so this can be arranged.
